Just the start - our Nutpatch Blog

Early in the New Year after dinner, we thought it is about time that we start a Blog for Nutpatch Nougat. Our shop opened in Kettering in November after years of working away in our commercial kitchen behind closed doors. Immediately, we have gained excellent support from our local friends and we thank you very much. Please enjoy our space here, where we will be showcasing our new products and generally talking chocolate, hazelnuts and nougat and the food and people that surround us.
With January well underway Nutpatch Nougat has been busy getting over the Christmas rush and preparing for all the exciting events in 2012. Our next big event in the chocolate calender is Valentines day...for all you die hard romantics out there, you are in for a treat! So if you find yourself in Kettering and really want to impress the love of your life this Valentines day, please drop in and your sure to be impressed!

This is the official blog for Nutpatch confectionary. We are a small family run business based in Kettering Tasmania. Our Orchard which provides the hazelnuts used in our products is located in Kettering. We pride ourselves in our fine quality hand made chocolates and confectionary and have really appreciated the local support with the opening of our shop. Tucked away on the Channel Highway in Kettering attached to the local service station, our low key advertising has not stopped locals from finding this true treasure. We hope you enjoy our blog, where we aim to showcase some of our products, indulge in discussion about chocolate and inspire chocolate lovers to take time to enjoy handmade fine products.

  2. Just back from a Family adventure in Tassie and we were directed to your chocolate oasis by Sarah. We had a lovely time sampling your amazing goodies and left with lots of yummy treats. The kids cherish their iphone, CD & puzzle chocolates and have only just been tempted enough to take a bite. Thanks Nutpatch.
